What We Do
We produce and publish Oregon's annual state government financial statements; we process payroll and vendor payments. We manage the security, processing, and distribution of state financial information.
We maintain the investment of our statewide payroll system and our statewide accounting and purchasing systems. We strive to improve accounting, payroll services, and data integrity to state government through improved communications, training, policies, controls and reports. We coordinate statewide and federal audit relationships.
How We Do It
We implement state fiscal statutes, generally accepted accounting principles, and state fiscal policies fairly and consistently. We build partnerships with customers and stakeholders to share responsibility for statewide system investments, policies, procedures, and compliance.
We review and recommend long-term system investments for the best interests of Oregon citizens and that represent the direction of the Governor, the Legislature, and other stakeholders.
We maintain our commitment to a strong work ethic, continuous improvement, training and education.
